Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@moochies.co.in. We will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the item and initiate a return request.
Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item.
- To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@moochies.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@moochies.co.in
